Adventure Apes specializes in organizing customized group adventures, educational travel, and multiday tours. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Booking and Payment
To book a service, you must provide accurate information and make a payment as specified during the booking process. All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date are non-refundable.

5. Liability
Adventure Apes is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the activities. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should adhere to all instructions provided by our guides.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Kuusamo.
